COST Action CM 1005 Supramolecular Chemistry in Water

Prof. Jerzy Radecki and Prof. Hanna Radecka participated in the 2nd scientific meeting of the COST Action CM 1005 Supramolecular Chemistry in Water which was held in Costa da Caparica (Portugal) on 16-20 November 2012. Professor H. Radecka presented the achievements of the Laboratory of Bioelectroanalysis and the Biosensors Department in the oral presentation titled ,,Biosensors Based on Redox Active Monolayers’’. The speech concerned the new systems suitable for oriented immobilization of his-tagged proteins based on thiol derrivative of dipyrromethene-Cu (II) complex.

Participation in the conference resulted in the continuation of the collaboration with Prof. Wim Dehaen from KU Leauven (Belgium) and the beggining of the cooperation with Prof. J. Plavec (Slovenia), Prof. S. Kubik (Germany), Prof. C. Schmuck and Prof. M. Yilmaz (Turkey).
